Back by popular demand...focaccia! I will be teaching focaccia al rosmarino (rosemary focaccia) this recipe is also the dough used for my pizza. Guest baker Jo Cagnacci from Genova will be teaching us tips and tricks and bringing his FOCACCIA for us to try as well! He owns Mástra formerly known as la spiga (Artisan Italian Bread and Focaccia)

This will be a hands on class, so bring your aprons and readiness to eat!

We will be heading to Lemon & Sage Market
