(be)longing together: a mini Midwinter Gathering of FLGBTQC in Seattle, March 13-15th, 2020
We are so excited that you are planning to join us in Seattle this March! Thank you for filling out the questions below as best you can. We want to emphasize that ALL are welcome at this event, regardless of how you identify your sexuality, gender, or faith.
The theme for this gathering is (be)longing together, and the gathering is affiliated with Friends for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer Concerns (FLGBTQC), a national Quaker group.
FLGBTQC typically gathers twice a year: once at Friends General Conference summer gathering in June/July, and once in the winter for Midwinter Gathering. This year, a planning committee did not form to support a national Midwinter Gathering for FLGBTQC, so we are coordinating smaller-scale gatherings around the country, including this one in Seattle.
We will meet at North Seattle Friends Church at 7740 24th Ave. NE Seattle, WA 98115. There will be scheduled events from 5:00-9:00 PM on Friday, March 13th, 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM on Saturday, March 14th, and 9:30 AM-1:30 PM on Sunday, March 15th.
If you have questions about the gathering, this form, or personal logistics, please email Lewis Maday-Travis at
