Students in grades K -12 will be issued a Chromebook computer to utilize during the 2022-2023 school year. We continue to provide our students with effective technology resources that enhance their educational experience.

ONLY STUDENTS WHO COMPLETE THIS FORM BY THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL WILL BE ISSUED A CHROMEBOOK. Please make sure you read the documents and regulations included in this form. A parent and his/her student must type their names at the bottom of this form to serve as signatures.
