Registration for Controversial Tuesdays
As entrepreneurs we often face a myriad of challenges on our safari to success. Some of these challenges vary in degree and form but often inform us of who we are, sharpen who we become and most importantly provide bountiful snippets of lessons that we carry with us for a lifetime.

One of these challenges is the tough and most crucial conversations that we avoid. And no, it is not the rounds of capital funding or the incomprehensible customer or even the endless debugging our products and services undergo before reaching perfection. It is often the resident bogey man hiding between our two ears, the dirt we slowly learn to sweep under the carpet to maintain a harmonious coexistence and the avalanche of built in perspectives, half-truths and prejudices we harbour about ourselves, others and our ever changing world. Whether these paradigms are shaped by our families, friends, privilege, race, education, religion or even Trump himself is irrelevant because ultimately we all have them.

Hence we would like to invite you to this safe space where we can have these crucial conversations. A crucial conversation is a discussion between two or more people where the stakes are high, opinions vary, emotions run strong and the outcome greatly impacts our lives. We will kick off by addressing this question:

How do we together create an entrepreneurial ecosystem that is safe and supportive?
