New Bedford Folk Festival Food Vendor Application
We are looking for a variety of food vendors for the 25th Annual Folk Festival in downtown New Bedford, MA. More information on the festival can be seen here:

FEES:
Push Cart or 10'x10' small tent $400 (snack-type items, such as popcorn, cookies, etc.)
10' x 30' Truck or Tent $1,000

Space is extremely limited. Upon acceptance, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your space.

You must submit the business':
1) Serve Safe Certificate,
2) Allergen Certificate,
3) Liability Insurance copy listing the Zeiterion Theatre, Inc., as Added Insured
Send to: Beatriz Oliveira at NewBedfordFolkFest@zeiterion.org, the festival's Operation's Manager.

Vendors will be expected to pay the final fee by April 15, 2022 or the space will be released to other vendors.

Once approved and paid for in full, you must submit your paperwork for a permit from to the New Bedford Board of Health at the New Bedford City Hall. The Board of Health will conduct inspections the first day of the Festival.

The event is rain or shine. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
