Orchard UMC Yoga Series || restore & revive ||
Welcome, dear friend. I am so glad you're here.

This winter, as an Orchard UMC member & 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, I am excited to invite you to a weekend Zoom yoga series. Think of this as your 45-minute Saturday morning retreat to reconnect mind, body, and spirit through guided yoga and breathwork. You are invited to join one class or as many as you'd like. Age 18+, all experience levels are welcome.

This is a two-part series, with an invitation to || r e s t o r e || & || r e v i v e ||.

I. |restore| classes invite you to a gentle, slow-flow yoga practice, where you'll be guided by your breath to linger in poses, release tension, and find serenity in stillness. {Psalm 46:10}

II. |revive| classes invite you to an empowering vinyasa practice, where you'll be guided by your breath to find your flow through a series of postures, rediscover your strength, & renew the unforced rhythms of grace. {Matthew 11:28}

ATTIRE: anything you're comfortable and able to move freely in. Bare feet or grip socks recommended.
SETUP: a clear space around your yoga mat, or carpeted area with slip/trip hazards removed.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS: If available to you, it is encouraged to have 2 foam yoga blocks (or small firm cardboard boxes), folded firm blankets (or towels), a bolster (or pillow), and blank wall space nearby.
