By completing these requirements over the 17 week period you give yourself the best chance to WIN the sole SURVIVOR and walk away with your upfront membership payment back!
- TRAINING Attend a minimum 3 sessions per week, every week for 17 weeks Participate in the FA Performance Series in club challenges
- TEAM WORKOUTS At the half way point the survivors come together for a tribe workout
BONUS points can be earned during the workout
- RECOVERY A Tribal Check In is required to be filled out fortnightly On the form you will also cast a Vote for a fellow Survivor Tribe member
- NUTRITION ph360 tasks
- MINI CHALLENGES Once per week Check into FA via Facebook* Once a month post a pic of yourself on insta & tag us* Bring a friend in to one session with you Write one review on our Google business page Write one review on our Facebook page

- COMMUNITY Attend at least one social event over the 4 month period
