Rethink Friction Points Survey
After extensive research we have identified more than 20 common friction points or service gaps that can lead to financial crisis and housing instability.

Please rate each friction point from these 3 perspectives
  • Priority - The number of individuals impacted by the friction point
  • Urgency - The extent to which the friction point could damage a client’s life
  • Difficulty - How hard it would be to meaningfully address the friction point
You’ll rate these on a 1 to 10 scale with 1 being the least and 10 being the most weight.

In addition, there is an optional field to provide general comments for each friction point as well as the opportunity to add and rate friction points not included in our list.
