We are seeking an Audience Development Manager to work on a new digital property in partnership with a global brand.
This role will work within a team, dedicated to delivering the highest quality content and audience growth that PureWow is known for.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role is laser focused on audience growth and is seeking a data-driven yet creative individual to develop their audience development strategy in a fast paced startup environment.
Responsibilities:- Social Media: Manage distribution (and some creation) of content on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Snapchat.- Content Syndication Partnerships: Establish & manage new content syndication relationships with 3rd party publishers with the goal of growing unique visits and conversions onsite.- Email: Oversee and execute tactics to optimize the email distribution strategy. - Onsite Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to improve on-site recirculation and conversion metrics. - Data: Work with the data team to draw actionable insights from data in Google Analytics to iterate and improve performance of all strategies and campaigns. Provide timely insight into the content mix performing in each channel; and work quickly to optimize that.
Measurement: This role will be measured on audience growth and engagement.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in audience development for a fast paced B2C media brand.
