Regional Director Basic Information Season 2024-2025

Regional Director Benefits

Membership Levels

Regional Director: USD $200 – Appointed by TCL from Applications Submitted. These Directors are given the exclusive right to run TCL Points earning Regional Events.

Can have up to 2 people pay $100 each to be Co-Regional Directors per region.

Local Director or Co-Regional Director: USD $100 – Appointed by TCL from Applications Submitted. These Directors are in a new area or smaller area. They are given the right to run Social (C/D and below) TCL Points earning Regional Events.

Expectations of Regional Directors

Establish a local place for players to be able to compete and have fun for multiple skill levels.

Run (1 - 3) Weekly league nights in a season (Fall, Winter or Spring) Leagues need to be min of 6 weeks with a playoff.  TCL points to be awarded for Regular Season finish ONLY.

Events  - Regional, Local Switcholio/Blind Draw, and Charity events
    - Run a Minimum of 6 different days of regional events (not switcholio or charity) 

               - Variety of Tier Tournaments so players get to play with different partners
                     -”Elite” , "S/A" , “A/B”, "B", "B/C",  "C", “C/D”, "D" or “E” (Charity)

ALL events run under the email provided to TCL and Scoreholio as TCL Regional Director need to be run as TCL Sanctioned Events. 

No other events are to be run under this email. No non TCL sanctioned events can be run under this email. If you want to run a non TCL sanctioned event you will need to get a second Scoreholio Membership.    

Each region will get at least 1 zip code (Most regions will have 2-4) Up to 10 for areas that are spread out
