On average I book out approximately 3-4 months at a time, however there is always the chance I'll have openings earlier than that.

In the state of NY, you must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. If you are younger than 18, please indicate in your last response on this form when your 18th birthday is so we can schedule either on or after that date.
