of Industry and Commerce 2025 Fourth Quarter Client Satisfaction Survey

University of Zimbabwe is undertaking a Client Satisfaction Survey on behalf of
the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. The Survey is part of the Ministry’s commitment
to delivering high-quality services and achieving the National Vision of
creating a prosperous and empowered middle-income society by 2030. Your
feedback is invaluable in helping us evaluate their policies, services, and
initiatives to identify areas for improvement and ensure they continue to meet the needs of all stakeholders. Please note that participation is anonymous, and your responses will
