Please fill in this form if you need a new or replacement log book. This is required even if you don't want a physical book.

This should be done before the first CASC event you are registering for. This will provide time for the log book to be created before the event and smooth out the technical inspection process.

After a log book number is issued, please ensure that you add it to the the car record in Motor Sport Registration at https://www.motorsportreg.com/.

Each car should have one and only one log book. If you are trying to register a car that has an existing log book such as one from another jurisdiction or club please note that you merely registering an existing log book.

This is the number on a CASC plate, the VIN (last 6 digits), a SCCA Roll Bar number, or the Manufacturer Number.

It is important that this number is easily accessible and not easily changed.

If one does not exist, a log book number will be issued with a CASC plate for attachment to the car.
