Book Ordering Form 2019 - 2020 (Grade 11 - Current Grade 10)
* This Book Ordering Form is only available from March 25 - March 27, 2019.
* Please fill in all personal information completely and select the books that you want to order.
* If there is any book that you want to order but is not listed, please contact the book committee.
* Please do the payment after receiving the confirmation (invoice) by email from the book order committee.
* Payment can only be done through transfer to BCA account 0650779185 a.n. Cindy/Anthea at the latest by April 8, 2019 Please write the invoice number and student's name on the transfer description.
* Please print the invoice twice and bring them together with the transfer slip to the school at the latest by April 15, 2019
* The book committee will take one of the invoices and stamp the other invoice. The stamped invoice will be given to the students/parents for collection of the book on July 4 - July 5, 2019
