Safety Training for Children and Family Ministry
October 16th, Onslow Anglican church hall (35 Box Hill, Khandallah, Wellington)
6:30pm (dinner provided)

Cost: $40 per parish (If the cost is a barrier to you, please get in touch with us - we may be able to help!)

This training is for anyone involved in children or family ministry – particularly key leaders from each parish.
Facilitated by Diana Langdon, the National Strandz Enabler, it will focus on how to keep children, their families and ourselves safe. We will look at our roles and responsibilities as leaders, creating a culture of safe practice, discuss possible scenarios, and how to manage incidents when they occur.

This is the first specific C&F safety training offered in the Diocese in the last two years, so even if you have done some training in safe practice in the past, this will be a great refresher which includes the most recent information.

We want to encourage you to bring your whole team - so we are putting on dinner and time to network with each other.
