Join the choir! (under 18s)

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Thank you for enquiring about your child joining the Choir of St Michael and All Angels church, Bassett Avenue (SO16 7FD). The junior choir practises on Wednesday evenings in term-time from 6.30pm to 7.45pm, and sings at the Family Service on the first Sunday morning of each month, and at some other events through the year. For children under 18 to take part, we need parental consent, and some additional information to help keep your child safe. That is the purpose of this form which covers the academic years 2025/6 and 2026/7.

For our part we undertake to follow the safeguarding guidelines of the church (see nsab.org.uk/safeguarding/) and to act with care and courtesy towards you and your children at all times.
