Later submission - Permission Seeking Form 
This form can be used to take up permission to submit your Course Journal (CJ) or Practical Record for subjects, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Bacterial Physiology & Metabolism, Soil & Agrl Microbiology and basic Zoology (B.Sc. Biotech) of the B.Sc. Microbiology programme for the purpose of later submission in a date you determine to submit. Before filling the form read the rules carefully, if any doubt contact the course teacher 
  
RULES TO REMEMBER: 
(i) Any permission for CJ/RECORD submission need to taken before 10 pm on the day before the actual submission day. 
(ii) for one permission multiple times form filled meant, only the last submitted form will be considered as final. 
(iii) The later submission date can be Max. of 4 working days for theory CJ (inclusive of the new date on which you going to submit) by 4.30 pm and only 24 h in case of Practical Record/Practical observation by 4.30 pm. 
(iv) The later submission need to be completed before 4.30 pm CJ or Record and it need to be submitted in my seat in the staff room. 
(v) On total only 2 permissions for theory CJ and One permision for practicals can be taken i.e. 2 permissions for 5 Units of theory and 1 permission for Practical record/Observation note submission   
(vi) any doubt arise on the points I have above listed contact course teacher & the course teacher's decision is final
