Tech Assistance is only for assistance with installation of applications/programs of TPL's electronic resources and any associated troubleshooting. Unfortunately, we can not diagnose or repair devices. Please have all logins and passwords for your device readily available for your appointment.
Time slots are available Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM, excluding holiday closings.
To access TPL's electronic resources, you will need a pin number linked to your library card. If you need one, please call (205) 345-5820 for quicker service.
