This donation form signifies that you give up the right of ownership for the donated computer.  You guarantee to the best of your knowledge that this item is in working condition and is six years or less old.

The Guelph Tool Library will make every effort to include your donation in the Circular Computer Project.  However, we reserve the right to dispose of any computer as deemed appropriate.

The generous support of individuals like you allows this organization to exist and helps foster a welcoming community. Please note, we are not a registered charity, and we are unable to issue tax receipts for donations.
