The Cherokee 411 Team is collecting information on any Cherokee Nation, United Keetoowah Band of Cherokee Indians, and Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians enrolled citizen or descendant who was murdered or missing since 1800.  

We will gather information from news sources as well as the community.  

If you are completing this form, please complete the information to the best of your ability.  

We are only collecting information on those who submit someone in order to follow-up for reporting and making sure their loved one is remembered.
