6th/7th/8th Parkview Soccer Sign Up
Dear Parents/Guardians:
All 6th, 7th and 8th grade boys and girls are invited to join Parkview’s Soccer Team.   If your child is interested please complete this form.  The first day of practice is Sept 4 from 3pm to 4:15pm.  Please meet on the west side of Parkview by the entrance nearest the boys locker room.  Athletes should come dressed and ready to play.  Please contact Athletic Director Jake Imig at 920-606-6166 or jimig@ashwaubenonk12.org with any questions.   Thank you.
