This form both acts as a way for us to award you merit badges (yay!) and for your chapter's experiences to benefit other chapters looking for ways to get active in philanthropy (double yay!). The results will be in a password-protected document on the website, so feel free to give details, though make sure to stay mindful of any NDAs or oral agreements you may have made with organizations you worked with (especially if you volunteered service hours with youth or housing/food-insecure individuals).
