Westside Cap & Gown Order
Westside Cap & Gowns are custom ordered and have the school seal embroidered on each sleeve. Students have (or will have) paid for the caps and gowns through their Senior Dues payment. All students who entered 9th grade in 2021 (and before)  -OR-  who are currently classified 12th grade are eligible to complete the following cap and gown order form.

The graduation mortar board caps are ordered as "SureFit". In other words, they are sized with elastic and fit all.  If you feel like your head size is extraordinarily large, please explain your concerns below.
