Hire Charges: Room hire is £60 payable at the time of booking, 50% of which will be
non-refundable in the event of cancellation. A ‘breakage’ deposit of £50 (non-members) or £30
(members) is payable at the time of booking. Payment can be made by cash or debit/credit card.

Conditions of Hire:
● Maximum capacity 60 persons, including children over 11yrs
● Room hire includes the use of tables and chairs.
● You are welcome to decorate the room. Attaching decorations directly to walls and ceilings
is not permitted. No real flame candles, confetti, sequins or glitter etc. All decorations must
be taken home with you at the end of your hire
● Room hire does not include the use of the tennis and squash courts
● Club members are entitled to always use the bar area
Please Respect our Club Rules:
● Good behaviour is expected
● Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times
● Only drinks bought in the club may be consumed in the club, including soft drinks.
● Any damage will be deducted from your ‘breakage’ deposit
● We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards staff discrimination
● We operate a challenge 21 policy
● We reserve the right to refuse service
● In accordance with the law, no loud music after 11pm
● Licensing hours apply (please ask)
● Respect our neighbours and leave quietly
