Right now, the number of female CDs is just 12% so we're looking to highlight and profile those who are going to be the next female creative leaders.
There are no restrictions as to disciplines (concept, design, user experience, creative technologists are welcome) and no minimum/maximum age limit for the candidate.
We are not looking for women at the top of their game. We are looking for women who have achieved a lot—but have the potential to go further. They will have proven success in the past 12 months and have demonstrated an ability to shape innovative solutions, fresh ideas and stunning work.
Nominate your future rising star or your own work (self-nomination is encouraged) by March 2, 11.59pm.
We'll showcase the work and the creatives in the evening at our #CEFutureLeaders dinner on March 30, 9-11pm (format: flats, video; we want to show this projection-mapped onto a large white wall).
To curate the list, our judges include creative directors from across the industry: Victoria Buchanan, Executive Creative Director, Tribal DDB, Cheyney Robinson, Global Chief Experience Officer, Isobar, Caitlin Ryan, Executive Creative Director, Cheil, Ian Heartfield, Executive Creative Director, BBH, Rob Doubal and Laurence Thomson, Executive Creative Directors, McCann London, Emma Perkins, ECD, Mullen Lowe and Daniele Fiandaca, co-founder Creative Social and Token Man.
Criteria: This is for individual women onlyWork: Best-in-class big ideas, design direction, innovative solutions
