Picnics are 2 hours. They can be extended for an additional fee of $25 per half hour.

Booking policy: The 50% retainer is due immediately to secure your date and time. The remaining 50% is due one week before your event. If your event is within one week, the total is due at time of booking. Payments are non-refundable.

For inclement weather, an indoor backup option must be selected.

•Chalkboard or letter board with personalized message
•Hand sanitizer
•Sparkling Grape Juice or Water


Food is not included. You may bring your own food or we can arrange food/ treats at the additional prices below.  You are responsible for picking up all food, drinks and trash before pick up.

*Boiled seafood is not allowed at picnics. Neither is red wine. *

Pricing includes delivery and set-up within 20 miles of zip code 35810, additional delivery fees may be required for locations outside of our primary delivery area. Sales tax applies.

Security Deposit
There will be a refundable security deposit of $150. Once all items have been examined and nothing is missing or broken, you will receive your deposit back within 7-10 business days.
Weather Policy
Due to the safety of our staff and you the customer, we will not work outdoors in inclement weather and reserve the right to move your picnic to the secondary indoor venue you selected in the comments below. Venue change will be discussed with client no later than 2 days prior to event and a plan of action will be put in place and agreed upon by both parties.
