Job Requirements
BARISTA
  • No previous barista experience required, but must be eager to learn the craft
  • At least 19 years of age for servers due to alcohol service
  • Demonstrated interest in or passion for coffee
  • Ability to engage with other human beings in a warm and inviting way
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead, lift 50 lbs., and be on feet for long periods of time

FRONT OF HOUSE / WAITSTAFF / HOST
  • At least 1 year waitstaff experience required.
  • At least 19 years of age
  • Engaging and outgoing personality
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead, lift 50 lbs., and be on feet for long periods of time

KITCHEN / COOK
  • At least 1 year of kitchen experience or comparable skill
  • At least 17 years of age
  • Hard working, self motivated, and able to work with others and communicate clearly
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead, lift 50 lbs., and be on feet for long periods of time

DISHWASHER
  • No previous experience required, but must be eager to learn and a hard worker
  • At least 17 years of age
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead, lift 50 lbs., and be on feet for long periods of time

LIQUOR BAR
  • At least 6 months previous bartending experience required
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Able to lift 30 lbs. overhead, lift 50 lbs., and be on feet for long periods of time.
