Please read this carefully before claim a refund or replacement.


We entertain replacements or refund within 14 days of purchase. If tenure exceeds 14 days, the claim request will be rejected.

Share the Unboxing Video at our WhatsApp in case of claiming about missing or damaged product
Courier us back your parcel along with boxes (properly packed) at our return address.

NOTE: We will only be responsible for receiving the return parcel if the shipment is booked using the shipping details provided and instructed by us. Therefore, please make sure to use the exact shipping details that we have shared.

Refund or Replacements will not applicable on testers pack.
