2026 Ladies Night Vendor Application
Thank you so much for your interest in attending Ladies Night! We would love to have you join us. Please review the following information, answer the questions to the best of your ability, and we will respond to your application within the next few months. 

Ladies Night will be held on March 20th, 2026, from 5pm-8pmPlease note that the submission of this form does not guarantee a spot as a vendor. We have a limited number of spaces available for this event and we work hard not to have vendors selling similar products. What size booth would you prefer if you were selected? We have a limited number of spaces available for this event, so we try to keep booth sizes small. Do you need a booth that has access to electricity? *
If you are selected to be a vendor, a $50-$100 booth rental fee will be required for your booth. Payment is due in full in order to secure your spot. If payment is not received within 1 month of approval in to the event, we may not be able to hold your spot. Please acknowledge this fee by selecting "Yes" below.

If you are selected to be a vendor, you will be required to fill out a Green Valley Liability form and an ST-19 form, which will be sent to you via email upon approval into the market. The forms must be filled out and sent to us via mail, email, or in-person within 1 month of approval in to the event. If it has not been received by then, we may not be able to hold your spot. Please acknowledge the liability and ST-19 forms by selecting "Yes" below. *
Green Valley Garden Center places a high value on customer engagement and interaction. As a vendor at Ladies Night, you would be a representative of our brand and our company: the face of Green Valley for the evening. It is important, and expected, that each of our vendors show a high level of customer engagement, going above and beyond to create and contribute to an excellent experience and atmosphere. Over the years, we have found that the vendors who excel in customer engagement often excel in booth popularity and sales. We want you to succeed! Would you like digital marketing materials to post on your social media pages or website? If so, these will be delivered to you a month before our event date.  *
Would you be willing to donate an item from your business that we can use in a Vendor Showcase Giveaway? This giveaway will take place shortly before the event date and you would need to be able to deliver (in-person) or mail your item to us at Green Valley.  *
