SMVF Empowerment Initiative – Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in the SMVF Empowerment Initiative, a trauma-informed program by Infinite Counseling & Wellness LLC, fully funded by the VDVS-SOS Grant for 2025–2026.

Our mission is to reduce suicide and opioid use among Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF) by providing access to mental health care, recovery support, housing stabilization, and vocational resources.

The program runs on a three-day weekly schedule for four consecutive weeks in each participating city:
  • Tuesdays: Wellness & Psychoeducation (Focus on mental health, coping skills, and trauma-informed care)
  • Thursdays: Recovery & Peer Support (Focus on relapse prevention, suicide awareness, and opioid reduction)
  • Saturdays: Empowerment Workshops (Pain Management, Financial Literacy, Housing stability, Vocational Coaching, and Family/Caregiver Support)
Participants engage in small group sessions, individual support opportunities, and access to essential community resources. All services are free of charge to eligible participants.
