Vendor Application | 2026 WFTDA North America Playoffs
Are you a local artist, business or organization looking to grow within the Bay Area? This year Bay Area Derby has the honor of hosting the 2026 WFTDA North America Playoffs. Watch as 12 of the best roller derby leagues in North America compete for a spot at the WFTDA Global Championships in Malmö, Sweden. Join us for three full days of derby madness!

When and Where?
  • Richmond Memorial Auditorium: 403 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, CA 94804
  • Friday May 15th: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Saturday May 16th: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
  • Sunday May 17th: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Why vend at BAD? 
  • For our 2024 & 2025 season we had an average of 500 fans attend our each of our events; prior Playoffs in other locations show similar numbers! 
  • Over 55 hours of vending time for your business!
  • This is an all ages event!
How much is it to vend? 
  • We are asking $100 per vendor per day ($300 for entire tournament) to have a table as there is limited capacity. 
  • Note, if you are unable to pay the $100, please contact events@bayareaderby.com and we can most likely work out something different out for you on a case by case basis. 
Necessary Permits? 
  • Please note if you will be selling tangible property in the State of California you must have City of Richmond business license.

  • Please note that license may take up to 7-14 business days from date of submission with the City of Richmond
