Sandyston School District: Remote Learning Lunch Order Form
Welcome!

This form is to be completed if you would like to order meals to be sent home for remote learning days.

Please place your order for the appropriate day and submit orders 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to send the ordered meal home with your child.

Payment for meals should be sent into school labeled "Lunch Money". Please have one envelope per student.

Please submit a new form for each day lunch is requested

Lunch orders for in-school learning days will continue to be taken at school while in homeroom.

Meal are currently FREE until further notice

Contact your school's main office for an Application for the Free and Reduced Lunch Program
*Current eligibility status expires on October 15, 2020. To keep your eligibility or see if your family qualifies for free or reduced priced meals you must (re)submit an application.
