15th Annual Propsser Art Walk & Wine Gala - Artist Application

Artist/Exhibitor Information
The event is on Saturday, July 21, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and located in historic downtown Prosser, on Sixth Street, between Meade and Dudley. Exhibitors (and attendees) must be 21. ID is required. No pets. No smoking inside event. No outside beverages.

Artists of all mediums are invited to apply. A maximum of 35 artists will be selected by a REVIEW PANEL. Artist application deadline is April 20, 2018. Accepted artists will be notified by May 1, 2018. At the discretion of the event producer, an artist’s application may be considered after the deadline for review. A late fee of $15.00 will be applied to the booth fee.

***This event is held outdoors and will go on rain, wind or shine. Credits or refunds will not be issued if the event is affected by forces of nature beyond our control.

By submitting your entry you give Prosser Chamber of Commerce the right to publish your images for publicity and ongoing promotional purposes. You also release and discharge Prosser Art Walk & Wine Gala/Prosser Chamber of Commerce, staff, volunteers, and sponsoring organizations from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of or in conjunction with your participation in the 15th Annual Prosser Art Walk & Wine Gala. Exhibitor is responsible for processing all legal fees and licenses.

The event is open to emerging and established artists of all mediums. All work must be original to the artist. Exhibition space is limited; review panel will choose appropriately for the venue and diverse audience.

Other artist's work, kit work, and commercially manufactured items. No copyright infringements. No agents, dealers/retailers, or brokers permitted.

There is a non-refundable booth fee of $35 due to the Prosser Chamber of Commerce for accepted artists by June 1, 2018. Booth size is 10 x 10. Booth fee includes a maximum of 2 people. There is an additional fee if artists would like to purchase a wine tasting event glass for $10 each, plus scrip.

1. Artists are required to use a single 10 x 10' tent/canopy with weights (preferably white). Exhibit will be on pavement.
2. Artists are responsible for providing all items for booth display (i.e. tent, canopy, lights, table/chairs, easels, power cords, carts, manpower, etc.).
3. Display booths cannot be extended or moved without approval of event organizer(s).
4. Setup and booth assignments begins at 1:00 pm. All artists must be completely set up/installed and ready to go by 5pm NO EXCEPTIONS. Booth may not be dismantled before 10 pm.
5. Booth location is assigned to fit venue. Special requests/shaded space is not guaranteed.
6. Booth must be occupied at all times during event.
7. Booth must be kept clean and free of trash. Excessive noise is prohibited.
8. Exhibitors will leave their space clean after packing up at break down.
9. Not following Exhibitors Rules/Policies could result in being banned from future shows/events sponsored by Prosser Chamber of Commerce.
