Welcome to Papi Wata's Spiritual Peer Support services. By booking a reading with me, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:


1. Client List and Booking: All clients must join the client list before booking a reading session. This enables effective communication and scheduling of appointments.


2. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services unless accompanied by a signed parental consent form.


3. Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled reading sessions. If a client is more than ten minutes late without prior warning, it will be considered a no-call no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. Refund Policy: Refunds can only be issued if requested at least 2 days prior to the scheduled reading session. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Any other refund inquiries are up to Papi Wata’s discretion.  


5. Communication: For inquiries or questions regarding the services provided, clients are encouraged to email Papi Wata’ at houseofmamiwata@gmail.com. I am committed to providing prompt and helpful responses to all inquiries.


6. Non-Licensed Status: Please note that I am not a licensed psychologist or mental health professional. My services are offered as spiritual peer support and should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health treatment.


7. Client Growth: The progress and growth experienced by clients are dependent on their dedication to their healing journey. I am here to provide guidance and support, but ultimate progress lies within the client's efforts and commitment.


8. Mental Health Emergencies: In the event of a mental health emergency, clients are urged to contact emergency services immediately by dialing 911 or reaching out to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
