Faemily Table dinners explore foods​ & cultures​ ​from ​across the world.  In scope & intention -- these meals are love letters to Place -- and to the peoples, cultures, and ecosystems that have made them the marvels they are.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to help us understand the needs & desires of your group!

There are many questions below, but only those with *red asterisks* need a response.  
Please only answer the questions that feel most relevant to you & your desires.

After receiving your form, we will get in touch to offer an estimate & a menu proposal, and to schedule your custom Faemily Table. The cost will likely be approximately $150-500, and feature a sliding scale option.
Cost will vary by menu & size of group.  All dinners take place in Southwest Philadelphia.

When might your group be available for this event? We call it a dinner, but we're not opposed to lunch! We've found success in allowing for a ninety minute to two hour event.
