台灣基督教國際全人關懷使命協會致力緬甸緬族跨文化宣教，以福音(全人關懷希望家園孤兒院/跨文化宣教中心/品格營)、福利(扶貧關懷/義診衛教/跨國醫援)、福業(福音餐廳/商宣/職訓)之三福整全宣教策略，實踐「愛緬甸、得緬族、差緬族」的使命宣言。
IHCMA focuses on cross-cultural missions to care Barmar people in Myanmar. We are trying to practice our mission statement, "Loving Myanmar, reaching Barmar, and sending Barmar.", through evangelistic services (orphanages, cross-cultural mission centers, character camps), welfare services (poverty alleviation, health education, international medicine activities), and business services (gospel restaurants, business as mission, vocational training).
