Ellis County United Sports Specific Registration: Kayaking

ECU is working on going PAPERLESS! Please use this online form to register for our 2020 Kayaking Team.

Regular Registration is $30 and needs to be paid by April 1, 2020. Late registration is from 4/1 to 6/1 at $45.
Registration fees do not include costs associated with state competition including travel, lodging and team fees.

All athletes must attend a minimum of 8 practices to be able to complete at area or state.

Medical Form *

We recommend that all families keep a current copy of the athlete's physical. SOTX Medical Form can be downloaded http://bit.ly/ECUForms. There is an English and a Spanish version of the same form. There is also a set of instructions on how to complete the forms. It is preferred to have a scanned copy emailed to EllisCountyUnited@gmail.com. Scans should be in PDF format and all pages in a single file. The file should be named LastFirst for the athlete. Athletes must have a current medical form to participate.
