Please submit a separate application for each child. Applicants are required to provide a current utility bill to document residence in the Forest Grove School District. Application is not complete until proof of residence is provided. You may email a copy of a utility bill to firstname.lastname@example.org, fax it to 503-359-4622 or mail/deliver it to 1914 Pacific Ave., Forest Grove, OR 97116. Please make sure you receive confirmation from us that your proof of residence information was received. Out-of-district residents are welcome to apply, but state law requires us to give priority to District residents.

Enrollment forms must be received by 4 p.m. Monday, April 2, 2018 to be part of the initial enrollment lottery for the 2018-19 school year. Sibling preference for enrollment applies only during the initial lottery. The enrollment lottery will take place at 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2018. Parents will be notified by email and phone of lottery results by Monday, April 16, 2018.
NOTE: If your child is currently being served by special education services through an IndividualizedEducation Plan (IEP), the IEP team may meet to determine how your child's needs can be met at FGCS.In accordance with procedural safeguards for special education, a school district must serve residentchildren with disabilities attending public charter schools located in the district in the same manner as theschool district serves children with disabilities in other district schools.
