41st Annual Mountain Arts Festival, Non- Member Application for August 8 - 9, 2026

Any artist exhibiting his or her own handmade works of art is eligible. No manufactured works (prints of artists work are accepted), no agents, and no work made by another person will be allowed. No seconds or items of inferior quality sold at a discount will be allowed. No “SALE” or discount signs. You will be asked by a representative of the Festival to remove any part of your display that does not meet all of the requirements. A jury composed of judges who are not affiliated with the Mountain Artists will review applications and images. Criteria for judging include quality, salability, and uniqueness of item(s). The number of vendors in each category will also be a consideration for acceptance. Decisions of the jurors are final.

Cost is $190 for a 10 by 10 space for one artist.

Cost is $220 for a 10 by 10 space for two artists.

Deadline for entry is May 31! Fill out the application and then send three digital images (1400 pixels on the longest side, 1.2MB) of your work to mtnartsfest@gmail.com. Artists that were juried and accepted in 2025 need not re-submit images.

Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’, set up at Memorial Park in Woodland Park. There is one foot of space between each booth. All vendors are required to have a white tent and white tablecloths for any tables in their booth.

Sales tax (8.4%): Vendors must charge sales tax during the festival on all sales. All vendors participating in the event pay their collected sales tax to the Mountain Artists, on August 9, between 4 - 5 p.m. We provide you with a sales tax envelope to make this process easy and convenient.

Insurance: All vendors must have their own event liability insurance for the festival and list the Mountain Artists as additionally insured.
