SIB Mentor Questionnaire
The NYCDCC SIB Mentorship Program has been designed to create and provide an informal structure of one on one conversations for the NYCDCC apprentice/journey level members with the hopes to engage one another and develop constructive and beneficial mentor-mentee associations. Through this program we are hoping to increase membership knowledge while building confidence in apprentice’s skills and achieving future goals and milestones.  It is our goal that this program will serve as a foundation from which these relations can grow and continue far beyond the conclusion of the program.
