Longhorn Families, welcome to the 2023/2024 school year!! We are excited for the journey ahead!

This google form is new for the 2023/2024 school year. Below are links to forms that by typing your name and your student name will signify that you both have read each document and agree to each document. There will still be forms that need to be filled out on paper and turned into the high school office. 

If you have more than one student in the Jr./Sr. High School you will need to fill this out new for each student. 

If you would like a paper copy of any of these materials or would like to fill any out by hand please feel free to print or ask for a copy at the high school office. We will also have all forms ready at the open house on Wednesday 8/16/2023 from 6 - 7 pm!
