Based on the ITL Research:
This rubric examines whether the learning activity requires students to generate ideas and understandings that are new to them and to connect information or ideas from two or more academic disciplines.
Determine the extent to which the learning activity stimulates students to build knowledge, and if that knowledge is cross-disciplinary. Use this rubric to decide which code, from 1 -- 5 to give the learning activity.
