Pre-requisites:b in
a. Participants are to attend the training as a couple.
b. Participants must have been married for at least 5 years.
c. Participants must have a passion for building marriages and families.
d. Participants must be committed believers in a local church.
The Training Programme consists of 2 parts:
Part 1 - Mentoring Process:
a. Prior to attending the Certification course, participants are required to go through a Marriage Mentoring experience facilitated by a Bridging Hearts Marriage Mentor Couple using the Prepare/Enrich (PE) online assessment tool.
b. This Marriage Mentoring experience will require 3 to 5 sessions of about 2-3 hours each.
c. The cost of the PE online assessment is USD35 per couple. This is paid directly to the P/E office in USA.
d. As all our Marriage Mentors(MMs) are volunteers, we hope that applicants for the mentoring process will be responsive to the MM who will be taking them.
Part 2 - Certification Course:
a. Participants are required to complete an 18-hour course spread over 2 days (8.30am to 5.30pm for both days, or over 4 x zoom sessions from 8-10:15pm and a full day session(8:30am to 6pm)).
b. With effect from Jan 2025, the fee for this course is SGD350 per couple. Participants for 2024 courses will still be charged at $320/couple.
We reserve the right to withhold or delay the marriage mentoring training for the couple if we assess that it will be in the interest of the couple to do so.
