This is the application form for the UK based dog rescue Breeds in need. If you would like to apply to adopt a dog with us, please fill in the form below.

We will match you with a dog that we feel is suitable for your family and your experience. Please provide as much information as possible to allow us to make a suitable match.

If you are applying to foster, we may contact you at short notice. We try to gather as much background information on our dogs as possible, but sometimes there are unknowns. Please do not be offended if a dog is not matched to you.

Please note that if you have unneutered dogs in your household we will not consider your application until they are neutered. We require that all gardens be secured with fences a minimum of six feet in height for large dogs.
