Professional Internship Application
Canyon HS offers a variety of Professional Internship (PI) opportunities to students. 

Note: As of this past year, a new state law requires all employees of offsite OUSD community partners that students come into contact with to be fingerprinted. This has drastically affected the number of internships Canyon currently offers. While we will do our best to place students in their desired industry setting, we cannot guarantee placement. Confirmed internships are listed in the application below. 

Prerequisites: Students must have taken a Career Technical Education 02 and 03 pathway class within the same pathway and earn a B or better. Seniors will have priority. 

Spring 2026 Application MUST be completed by December 5, 2025. 

This is a 6th period class.

I agree to arrange my own ride(s) and ensure that I arrive on time for all scheduled internship days. I acknowledge that Canyon High School is not responsible for providing transportation, and failure to secure my own transportation may impact my participation in the internship program.
