Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that participating in the candle making party at Honey Moon Farms LLC involves certain risks, including but not limited to the handling of hot wax, potential burns, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and the participation of my guests.

Release of Liability:
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the candle making party, I, on behalf of myself and my guests, hereby release, waive, and discharge Honey Moon Farms LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage, whether caused by the negligence of Honey Moon Farms LLC or otherwise, that may arise from participation in the candle making event.

Candle Making Acknowledgment:
I acknowledge that the candles created at the Honey Moon Farms LLC candle making party are poured by party participants, not by professional candle makers. I understand and accept that there may be risks associated with the candles made at the event, including, but not limited to, improper burning, uneven melting, or other safety issues. Honey Moon Farms LLC is not responsible for any injury, damage, or risks related to the candles that were created during the party.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honey Moon Farms LLC and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including legal fees, arising from my participation or the participation of my guests in the candle making party.

Medical Treatment:
In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Honey Moon Farms LLC to seek medical treatment for myself and my guests if necessary. I acknowledge that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses incurred.

Trip Charge Disclaimer:
A $75 trip charge will apply for locations that are beyond 25 miles and up to 50 miles from the Honey Moon Farms LLC location. This charge will be added to the total event cost.

Consent to Photos and Videos:
I grant permission to Honey Moon Farms LLC to take photos or videos of the event, including participants, for promotional purposes. I understand that these images may be used on social media, marketing materials, or the website without compensation.

Binding Agreement:
I acknowledge that by submitting this form, I am entering into a binding agreement with Honey Moon Farms LLC and that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver.
