WCAT Screen Adaptation Ideas
Thank you to those who attended the Meet & Greet on Monday, June 5th. For those who did not, we welcome your input as well to build upon what was discussed during the meeting. Walking through writing a book showing the intangible process of how an idea can start in one place and then lead somewhere completely unexpected with a sort of stream of consciousness journey and pursuit of leads taking place.

Hold a round table discussion
Focus on talking about the various modes of publication: self, independent, traditional, online, etc.
Have student writers interview the published authors or established writers.
Discuss what a good book looks like and use cherished classic and older books from the libraries to focus the discussion.
