SELECTION PROCESS: Singers will be heard via scheduled auditions. Casting will take into consideration, among other factors, a singer's level of technical proficiency, artistic expression, and preparedness.

Each project is a collaborative effort. Members pay project dues for each project they participate in. In addition to on-stage opportunities, members participate behind the scenes, become involved in administration, are given priority consideration for future auditions, enjoy special discounts, receive job referrals, and benefit from being part of a network of like-minded artists.
Covers:- Are required to have music assignments prepared by the first rehearsal.- Attend all rehearsals and performances, ready to sing if called upon in either situation- Are scheduled for one (1) hour of individual rehearsal/coaching - Are acknowledged in the program - Sing a concert with piano
All project participants:- Receive video footage and production photos to use for their portfolio- May be considered for future projects based on preparation and performance- Have their bios and headshots published on the CantantiPROJECT website- Can promote upcoming performances through CantantiPROJECT's website, social media, and newsletter
Rehearsals: Initial sing-through in March, music and staging rehearsals late March-May.
For the best use of rehearsal time, singers are responsible for learning and gaining a high level of familiarity of their materials prior to the first rehearsal.
Most rehearsals are on weekday evenings and on weekends. Occasionally, artists with daytime availability will be called during the day.
