PLEASE FILL OUT A SEPARATE FORM FOR EACH ANIMAL YOU PLAN ON SELLING AT THE FAIR. Your superintendent will record the exact weight and ear tag of the animal you wish to sell during weigh-in at the fair. Please fill out this form by Sunday, July 20th, 2025. Exhibitors will be allowed to sell: 1 hog, 1 beef and 1 sheep, unless the exhibitor is ONLY selling sheep, then that exhibitor will be allowed to sell 2 sheep.

If an exhibitor is selling a Grand Champion and/or Reserve Champion, they will NOT be permitted to sell a non-champion animal of that species.

If the exhibitor has the Grand or Reserve Grand Champion meat duck, goose, turkey, chicken, pen of rabbits, goat, or Days production of milk, he or she will be allowed to sell these in addition to the two animals.

All animals entered must be approved for sale by the Livestock Auction Committee, have sellers who attended ethics classes, and be sold in the auction

Sellers are responsible for the health and welfare of animals throughout the harvesting process and condemned carcasses.

Sellers will have up to 5% commission deducted from each animal sold
