The iSchool provides support services for streaming live events using Zoom. The type of events that are supported could potentially include guest speakers, research conversations, panel discussions, large faculty and staff meetings, interviews and more.

Given the increase in the frequency of requests to support such events, we are requesting that a minimum of one week's notice be provided prior to the event start date. It is recommended that you get your support requests in as early as possible as there is a limited amount of equipment for supporting these types of events.
